Connecting to your Intuition is a two-part digital hypnotherapy course. Our intuition is vital. It keeps us safe, it allows us to act on things that we know are wrong, or will not suit us. Or equally, to act on things that we know are right and good for us. It can be common, however, for us to lose this connection with our intuition, our gut feelings. This can be on such a deeply subconscious level that we do not recognise it until the stressors of not listening to our own deep-self build up. We start going against the things we know we want, or we simply don't know what to do for the best, we can't find our own gut feelings. We all had this intuition instinctively as babies and children. We knew when to cry for help, and when to reach out for connection when we were feeling unsure. But, somewhere along the way in adulthood, we lost that connection. With this course, you can reconnect with your intuition again. We recommend you space each session a week apart. As this is a self-paced course, you can choose when you complete each session. Allow yourself around 30 minutes of quiet time to complete each session and enjoy a short (or longer if time allows :-)) rest at the end. You will have access to the course for 3 weeks, so there is plenty of time to complete each of the 2 sessions and repeat any that you wish to. If you would like to use the mobile app to listen to your sessions, you can do so on the Spaces by Wix App - the link to download the app is below. **Please note I have some contraindications (situations where the course should not be undertaken) and these include; if you have psychosis, epilepsy or are pregnant. Relaxation hypnotherapy is generally considered safe during pregnancy, however, this digital course can explore some less relaxing topics and is therefore not suitable during pregnancy.
