Parenting without Anger is a six-part digital course that will enable you to identify and release yourself from your anger triggers, equipping you with tools to help you manage in the moment and release yourself from anger. We recommend you space each session a week apart. As this is a self-paced course, you can choose when you fit each session into your schedule. Simply allow yourself around 30 minutes of quiet time to complete each session and enjoy a short rest at the end. You will have access to the course for 8 weeks, so there is plenty of time to complete each of the 6 sessions and repeat any that you wish to. It is easy to feel triggered into anger and shouting as a parent. There are often multiple pulls on your time, focus, and head-space, which can quickly lead you to lose your self-control and shout more than you would like. We know that to get the best out of our children and family life, remaining calm and composed always results in the best responses, but simply knowing this does not make it easy all of the time. That is why we have created the Parenting Without Anger Course, as an invaluable tool to help you to be the calm parent that you want to be. The Calm Place that you will explore during hypnotherapy is very personal. In this course, you will explore a glorious garden scene as your calm place. Relaxation hypnotherapy is generally considered safe during pregnancy, however, this digital course can explore some less relaxing topics and is therefore not suitable during pregnancy.
