Managing Parental Guilt: Garden Calm Place

  • 4 Steps

About

Parental guilt is one of those things no one really tells you about before you have your children, but it can often creep in very quickly. With feelings of guilt around how much you have cuddled the baby today, how one sibling gained more of your focus than another, how you didn't read enough books, lost your temper, whatever it may be, there are so many things that can creep in and make you feel guilty as a parent. Mostly, these feelings of guilt do not serve us and are often highly unjustified, as you are doing your best as a parent and trying hard every day. This three-part digital hypnotherapy course helps you to let go of unnecessary guilt and allows you to re-focus on your own all-important needs, so that you can ensure your 'cup is full', leaving you with the energy and strength to then fill your family's cups too. We recommend you space each session a week apart. As this is a self-paced course, you can choose when you fit each session into your schedule. Simply allow yourself around 30 minutes of quiet time to complete each session and enjoy a short (or longer if time allows :-)) rest at the end. You will have access to the course for 4 weeks, so there is plenty of time to complete each of the 3 sessions and repeat any that you wish to. If you would like to use the mobile app to listen to your sessions, you can do so on the Spaces by Wix App - the link to download the app is below. **Please note I have some contraindications (situations where the course should not be undertaken) and these include; if you have psychosis, epilepsy or are pregnant. Relaxation hypnotherapy is generally considered safe during pregnancy, however, this digital course can explore some less relaxing topics and is therefore not suitable during pregnancy.

You can also join this program via the mobile app. Go to the app
