Initial Consultation

Service Description

During this session, we will talk about hypnotherapy and how it works and will have an in-depth conversation about your goals and current situation. I will take some confidential notes at this stage to assist with the design of your future sessions. Before the end of the session, I will lead you through relaxation into hypnosis, so you can experience this deep relaxation and calm before our therapeutic work begins in your next session.
