Therapeutic Session

Service Description

We begin with a conversation about what has happened and how you have been feeling since we last met. I then lead you into hypnosis where we work therapeutically to achieve your goals. The session concludes with a discussion of insights, thoughts, and feelings from your time in hypnosis. The number of Therapeutic Sessions required varies, we will talk about what is likely to be the right number for you after your initial consultation.
